Jackie Davison, Cooking Instructor/Owner Potluck Kitchen Studio, loves to show people how fast, easy, healthy and deliciously fresh Thai food can be. (It also happens to be gluten and dairy free.) She uses recipes learned in Thailand and Seattle from a Thai cooking instructor, and teaches adaptations to fit into our busy lives. She’ll also show some classic ingredients that create the Thai flavor profile.
In this hands-on class, students will make a Hot and Sour Soup with Prawns, Swimming Rama with Peanut Sauce, Thai Curry with Jasmine Rice, and a Mango Honey-Mint Sorbet for dessert. Cost also includes a wine pairing.
Students will put together the menu from start to finish, enjoy this scrumptious dinner, and have recipes to make it easy to re-create at home. Class is limited to just 8 students. Must be 21 to attend. Please register and pre-pay by Friday, December 5.
